Wayback Machine: If You Could Change Your Vote In The 2004 U.S. Presidential Election, Would You? Why?

A lot has happened since last November and it occurs to me that at least some Independents, Republicans and Democrats alike might have reasons to change their vote if they could since last November. (I flipped a coin to determine order of listing the parties.)

So, in a completely unscientific poll, please use the comments section of my Blog to tell me whether the events since then would have caused you to change your vote for President, that is Bush, Kerry, or Nader, what State you like in, and who you voted for originally. If you did not vote before and would now, please state why you have changed your mind.

Unfortunately, I do not yet have the skill to write the Java script to do this as an actual online poll so if anyone does, please post the code and I will revise this post. Otherwise, I would be interested to hear what people will say.

Please keep it simple. No flaming. Let's stick to events that have happened to change your mind. Or opinions. Feel free to add a link if you like whether it be to a column by Ann Coulter or Al Franken, or both.

Is it the way an issue has played out? Has President Bush performed better than you thought? Worse? Has John Kerry started to look better in the cold light of day? Or have you moved beyond it all?

Feel free to mail this survey to others you know by using the mail link at the bottom of the post.

If you are not from the U.S. has your opinion of U.S. policy changed since the elections in Iraq and recent overtures by President Bush to Europe?

Inquiring minds want to know. At least I'm curious.

Peter
